2. Description of Service

EasyVerbatim provides audio and video transcription services, including:

  • Automated speech-to-text transcription
  • Bilingual/multilingual transcription
  • Speaker identification and diarization
  • Transcript download and export

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

  • Transcription services are paid for using credits
  • 1 credit = 1 minute of audio/video transcription
  • Credits are purchased in packages and never expire
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share your account with others
  • Upload malicious files or code

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the transcription service. We do not claim ownership of your transcripts.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of transcriptions
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • That the Service will meet all your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

EasyVerbatim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
